"Disappointing experience given the cost. I visited for a crown replacement, but unfortunately, the outcome fell short of expectations. The crown came loose within a few months, and because I had relocated by then, fixing it became even more inconvenient and expensive. Almost a year later now, after re-fixing, I have had to get it replaced entirely due to issues with the initial mould and fit. The replacement crown had created noticeable gaps, which led to food getting trapped and caused bleeding during flossing. It also extended beyond the gumline, making it uncomfortable to wear. The diagnosis given by new dentist was: chronic generalised gingivitis with localised periodontitis (due to faulty prosthesis). My original crown had never given me any trouble for a decade, but had to be replaced because it was getting old, so this whole process felt unnecessarily costly, and ultimately unsatisfactory as I had to get it completely replaced again within a year. Awful experience."
